No Knead Thin Crust Pizza

I am very excited to have a recipe for a home-made pizza dough that only takes 5 minutes to make. This recipe makes enough dough for two 10-12 inch pizza. It does not need to be kneaded. It will be ready in 4 hours. This is a MUST try recipe.



Buffalo mozzarella, tomato, olive oil, salt, pepper



Fresh figs, blue cheese, gruyere cheese, walnuts, thyme, sage, honey




Ingredients:

2 cups 00 flour
1/2 tsp dry active yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup warm water
2 tbs olive oil



Mix dry ingredients.



Add water.



Mix all ingredients.



Mix until well incorporated.



Cover with a plastic wrap and let it stand at room temperature for 3 hours.
It will double in size.



Use a silicone spatula to get the dough out of the bowl after the initial rise on a well floured surface.



Flour the dough.



Divide in two. Form balls.



Cover the dough with a wet towel.



Leave the dough under the towel for 30 minutes.
Place pizza stone on the lowest rack of the oven. Preheat pizza stone for 30 minutes at 550 F.



Flour the dough.



Flatten thedough into a disk that is thicker in the center than at the edges.



Gently pull on the edges of the dough.



 Stretch dough out from the center into a 12-inch circle.






Carefully bring preheated stone to a working surface.
Transfer the dough to the pizza stone.



Top dough with favorite toppings.





Place pizza stone on a lowest rack in oven and set timer for 10 minutes.
